"The trip was a disaster. I arrived at Heathrow having booked my car earlier in the day. When I arrived I had to make calls to find the driver. Eventually discovered there was no driver and I was left stranded at Heathrow and paid £170 to a London black cab to take me to East Sussex having already paid £108 to tour service. Absolutely joke. I would like to know when I will be getting my £108 back please. "
