"I did not receive a link to track the driver’s whereabouts until I called the company so I am not sure if this link is normally sent to customers automatically. The driver was about 20 mins late which caused us some anxiety especially as I did not have a local number to call him. But the ride to the airport was smooth and pleasant! :) "
